About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced account manager to work with a leading supplier of agricultural and rural services across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • To own and deliver key components of the retention strategy, including onboarding, proactive calling, and offboarding.
  • To interpret account retention statistics and report back to regional teams and centrally.
  • To work closely with the IT team to maintain and develop the CRM system, ensuring it is accurate, accessible, and user-friendly.
  • To ensure account records and contact details on the CRM are up to date and correct.
About You

You will be a proven account management professional with excellent customer care and communication skills. You will have experience working within the account management function for a professional organisation and strong skills in using a CRM database.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package of £28,000 - £33,000 basic salary, plus an excellent benefits package. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our sales team to help develop leads and introductions, and support the regional team at customer-facing events.

The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail and accuracy in recording statistical data and providing reports. They will also have excellent organisational, administrative, and time-management skills.
