As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure seamless delivery of housekeeping services
  • Develop and implement effective housekeeping procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality
  • Manage staffing, work assignments, and performance goals to ensure optimal team performance
  • Plan rotas, control budgets, and communicate effectively with other managers to meet guest demand and address special requirements
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and compliance training for new team members
  • Conduct routine inspections, report defects, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
