About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Client Care Specialist to join our team at Sytner Jaguar Land Rover Stockport.

As a key member of our service team, you will provide exceptional customer care and serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and our workshop.

Your primary responsibilities will include informing and consulting with customers on vehicle servicing, keeping them up-to-date on the status of their vehicle at every stage, and answering any questions or queries they may have.

You will also liaise with technicians and workshop control to ensure that vehicles are ready on time and provide advice to customers on our products and services.

This is a challenging role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Sytner Service Advisors work flexible patterns, including weekends, to provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About You:

We welcome applications from individuals who are willing to learn and progress, even if you do not have prior experience in the industry.

Training is provided through our dedicated Learning & Development team and manufacturer courses run by Jaguar Land Rover to support your career.

Key qualities we look for in our ideal candidate include excellent organisational and administrative skills, good attention to detail, and a strong customer service background.

A working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous, but not essential.
