Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Team Lead. This role involves leading a close-knit team responsible for undertaking high quality assessments for vulnerable children in our service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing advice and skills in the day-to-day running of the team
  • Supervising social workers and other unqualified professionals
  • Reporting to senior management on performance
  • Working effectively with connected services

Requirements

  • Sound understanding and experience of undertaking supervision of supervising social workers
  • Working with Children and Families to ensure the best outcome for the child
  • Minimum three years' experience working in a Children setting
  • Degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
