Consumer Intelligence is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Director to join our team in Bristol. As a Key Account Director, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, leading a team, driving sales, overseeing projects, and providing team leadership to ensure successful outcomes.
About the Role
This is a full-time hybrid role that offers flexibility for some remote work. You will be responsible for:
- Account Management: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to drive business growth and revenue.
- Team Leadership: Leading a team of professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality projects.
- Project Management: Overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
- Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Account Management and Sales skills: Proven experience in managing key accounts and driving sales growth.
- Team Management and Team Leadership skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality projects.
- Project Management expertise: Experience in overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Ability to analyse data and market trends: Experience in analysing data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
- Experience in the financial services industry: A plus, but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field: Required.
