Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a cross-functional team in partnership with publishing, design, and production to define, build, launch, and manage all aspects of our live service.
  • Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our live service both internally and with external stakeholders.
  • Stay on top of, synthesise, and communicate the latest competitive research, analysing industry trends and defining and implementing best practices.
  • Translate user needs and business goals into actionable product requirements and features.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure features are implemented according to specifications.
  • Identify opportunities for product performance growth, prioritising and managing the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product feature improvements.
  • Define and drive core live service KPIs in partnership with Publishing and Development partners.

Requirements
  • Strong experience in product management, game economy modelling, and/or live service design focused on feature development and live operations.
  • Seasoned people leader with an ability to manage, lead, and inspire a highly skilled team.
  • Data fluency with a track record of partnering with analytics and insights teams and working with analytical tools.
  • Diverse development experience spanning different types of games, genres, and business models.
  • High comfort level bridging the gap between data-driven and creative solutions.
  • Strong grasp of industry trends and GaaS landscape.
  • Ability to understand, conceptualise, and improve the design of game systems, features, and mechanics.
  • Experience working across both publishing and development functions and comfortable partnering with studio leadership.
