An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Financial Management Assistant to join our team in Huddersfield. As a Financial Management Assistant, you will provide critical administrative support to the Process Technology Group and contribute to business-critical projects.

About the Role

Your primary duties will include:

  • Financial management, including managing purchases and payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Document control and maintenance, ensuring compliance with company policies and quality systems.
  • Supporting the management team by providing general secretarial and administrative services.
  • Coordinating travel and training activities for the department.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A customer-focused approach, with a willingness to learn new skills and help solve problems.
  • Experience of working within a quality system would be advantageous.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
