This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
With a competitive salary of £22,000 per annum, plus an additional £1,000 attraction payment, this role offers a rewarding package for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience as a Care Assistant in residential care, with a strong background in leading and motivating staff members. A compassionate and caring nature, excellent communication skills, and ability to use IT systems are also essential.
We are seeking a flexible and spontaneous individual who can work effectively on their own initiative as well as part of a team. With a commitment to creating a happy and caring atmosphere, you will be responsible for supervising and leading shifts, promoting each person's privacy, dignity, and independence.
A key aspect of this role is to provide high-quality, individualised care and support to residents during the day time. This may involve carrying out direct observations, checking activities logs, giving detailed handovers, and assisting residents with daily tasks such as dressing and eating.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents during the day time

Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience as a Care Assistant in residential care
- Completed an L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care

- Ability to lead and motivate staff members
- Flexible approach to working hours
