- Ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
- Salary: £21,000 - 23,500 per annum, based on location and experience
- Ongoing training and mentorship to achieve a Level 2 Playworker Apprenticeship Standard qualification
