Job Title: Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.

The successful candidate will have a postgraduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology and substantial experience working with adults and children with complex needs. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality psychological services to adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism
  • Work effectively in a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct assessments and interventions to support individuals with complex needs
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, families, and carers
  • Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities to ensure high-quality services
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology
  • Substantial experience working with adults and children with complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car
