We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our membership and partnerships team. As the Head of Members and Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with our members and partners, driving recruitment plans, and implementing fundraising strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with membership and support groups.
- Implement new member recruitment plans and ensure compliance with financial and reporting regulations.
- Act as the first point of contact for members, coordinating the network of Support Groups to deliver strategy and objectives.
- Manage relationships with sponsors and corporate partners, identifying prospective collaborations.
- Develop and administer fundraising plans, including approaches to trusts, foundations, and individual giving programmes.
- Coordinate accredited training courses and oversee the organisation's presence at shows and events.
- Contribute to budgeting processes, strategic planning, and various operational tasks, including database management and event organisation.
- Experience in charity and/or membership organisations.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in working with people at various levels and communicating effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in data management, including inputting and analysis.
- Track record of fundraising is desirable.
- Ability to organise and deliver events is desirable.
- Good financial management skills are desirable.
- Basic competency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Zoom.
- Salary of £30K-£35K (negotiable and dependant on experience)
