As a senior operations leader, you will oversee a team responsible for delivering projects across the South East, ensuring seamless execution and excellent client relationships. Your expertise in programme management, performance improvement, and risk assessment will be instrumental in driving efficiency and maximizing opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring effective resource allocation and compliance with SHEQ guidelines
- Collaborating closely with the commercial team under NEC3 contracts
- Serving as a key point of contact for clients, resolving issues through proactive monitoring and prompt action
- Managing internal KPIs and reporting to stakeholders
- Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency
To succeed in this position, you will require:
- Proven experience in senior roles on high-profile utility projects, preferably with a tier one company managing values in excess of £50M annually
- Excellent commercial, programme, and performance management skills, complemented by strong communication and organisational abilities
- A track record of successfully delegating tasks across various departments and driving teams towards shared goals
