About the Role

RUSH Hair & Beauty is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Salon Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our salon and ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of hair stylists, receptionists, and other salon staff to achieve exceptional customer service and salon targets.
  • Operational Management: Monitor and achieve salon targets and budgets, create staff schedules, and maintain an organized and clean salon environment.
  • Staff Development: Recruit, train, and develop salon staff with the support of the head office team.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all clients, handle customer complaints, and resolve any issues with the support of our Customer Success Manager.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a salon manager or in a similar leadership role within the hair and beauty industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to multitask and handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a passion for the hair and beauty industry.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
