About the Job

We are seeking an exceptional Director of AI Product Strategy to join our team as a Senior Director, Product Marketing. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for Arm's AI technology across all businesses, working closely with the Arm marketing team and technology groups.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the AI market and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer engagement. They will be able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and develop compelling content to engage customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for Arm's AI technology, including defining the product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
  • Craft and deliver compelling content to engage customers and partners, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of Arm's AI solutions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of marketers, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers and partners, understanding their needs and preferences to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in technical marketing, product management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including engineers, sales teams, and executive leaders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.

Salary Range

The salary range for this role is £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
