Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Childcare Specialist to join our team in Beckenham/Penge. As a Nursery Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a Level 3 or above Early Years qualification to make a real difference in the lives of young children. You will work closely with the Nursery Room Leader to ensure the smooth running of the Nursery Room and educational activities.

We believe that character is key, and we are looking for someone who is driven, ambitious, and has solid experience in childcare.

You will have the opportunity to work in a premium nursery group that is committed to changing the perception of the nursery industry. We do things differently, so don't expect the ordinary

Requirements:
  • A Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Up-to-date training in first aid and safeguarding.
  • Good knowledge of child protection procedures and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Excellent references and a clear enhanced DBS.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality childcare and learning.
  • Exceptional communication skills, energy, and a positive 'hands-on' attitude.
