About Us

We are gtd healthcare, a leading provider of healthcare services dedicated to making a positive difference to our patients and the community. Our people services team has grown significantly over the years, and we are now seeking an experienced HR professional to join us as a People (HR) Advisor.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the development and support of staff. You will be responsible for delivering a range of HR activities, including employee relations, organisational change, and policy implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters.
  • Support managers in managing sickness absence cases.
  • Work on service restructures and TUPE processes.
  • Provide accurate HR data to inform people processes.
  • Support recruitment and attend interviews.
  • Supervise People Administrators.
  • Conduct monthly KPI reporting.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support payroll changes and updates.
  • Update and introduce HR policies.
  • Develop and deliver training programs.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • GCSE English qualifications.
  • Driving license for site visits.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000.
