Join Our Team as an SEN Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual to join our team at beBee Professionals in Royal Tunbridge Wells. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal growth of our students with special needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of special education principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting students with special needs in classroom activities, under the direction of the lead teacher.
  • Implementing and monitoring progress of individualized education plans, utilizing a range of strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to provide comprehensive support to students with special needs.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Special Education or a relevant certification.
  • Previous experience working with children with special needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
