About the Role:

You will work closely with our dentists to provide efficient and reliable chair-side support, spanning across all areas of the practice.

  • Reception duties including answering phones and greeting patients
  • Dealing with patient queries and taking payments
  • Booking appointments and follow-ups
  • Sterilising and preparing equipment for dentists
  • Recording and dealing with patient records

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, organisation skills, customer care skills, administrative skills, team working, initiative, non-judgemental, and patience.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of £18,000 - 20,000 per annum.
