About the Role:

Investigo is seeking an experienced Procure-to-Pay Finance Business Analyst to support a growing business in London with the improvement of their finance processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and system implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of P2P processes.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to design and implement system requirements for business needs.
  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure seamless system adoption.
  • Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Work closely with the process lead to define system requirements and ensure successful implementation.
  • Provide expert advice on P2P processes and system implementations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience and knowledge of working with P2P processes and system implementations.
  • Proven track record of process improvement, process automation, and writing test scripts.
