About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team at Phoenix Software Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our internal solutions and customer-facing portals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining systems: identifying problems with current business models, conducting research and analysis to propose solutions, and introducing these solutions to stakeholders.
  • Working with product stakeholders to develop and maintain product roadmaps.
  • Liaising with internal suppliers as required to ensure necessary resources are in place.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent stakeholder management skills, experience in business analyst methodologies, and first-class written and verbal communication skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks under pressure.
