Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with personal care tasks and medication management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring and empathetic approach to client care
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £13.20 per hour, depending on experience, plus 30p mileage. We also provide a range of benefits, including paid training and shadowing, uniform and PPE provision, and access to our employee benefits platform.
