Key Responsibilities:

* Managing all costs related to civil engineering and infrastructure projects
* Overseeing financial management, including cost planning, procurement, and contract administration
* Collaborating with project teams to ensure commercial and contractual success
* Administering NEC contracts
* Supporting the project team with cost forecasting, change management, and financial reporting

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally within civil engineering
* Expertise in tunnelling would be highly advantageous
* Strong knowledge and experience with NEC contracts
* Excellent understanding of cost control, contract law, and risk management
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Willingness to be based on-site in Snowdonia for the duration of the project
