The successful candidate will provide legal and commercial expertise to BSI Group, working closely with our senior leadership team to support the company's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing legal support on a wide range of commercial matters, including contract drafting, negotiation, and review.
  • Assisting business colleagues in the development and implementation of commercial projects, including creating project plans and negotiating with external partners.
  • Providing advice and guidance on intellectual property matters and the company's obligations under its unique governance regime.
  • Supporting the company's knowledge, assurance, and compliance activities, including providing advice on privacy, data protection, and competition law.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with significant post-qualification experience, excellent commercial acumen, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
