Sharps Bedrooms Limited, a leading provider of fitted bedroom furniture, is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our Eastern Regional Sales Office in Northampton. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales office, working closely with our customers, designers, showrooms, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales office, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Act as a liaison between customers, sales office, designers, showrooms, and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of customer queries.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and other relevant information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in sales administration, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £22,308.00 per year.

Working Hours:
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with regular weekend availability.
