About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant / FLT Driver to join our fast-paced warehouse team at DFS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials and furniture from delivery vehicles, ensuring accurate delivery paperwork, and maintaining a tidy and controlled yard environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload commodities such as furniture and materials from delivery vehicles
- Verify delivery paperwork for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure delivered items are stored in the correct location and delivery paperwork is passed on to the relevant team member
- Maintain a clean and organized yard, free from debris and rubbish
- Work internally in the factory when delivery vehicles are not in the yard
Requirements
- High level of organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize workload effectively
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated

- FLT Licence
