Physiotherapy Professional

Medacs Healthcare is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join their team at University Hospital Llandough in Cardiff.

Salary: £22-£26 per hour

We are looking for a flexible and impactful physiotherapy role within the NHS. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will have the opportunity to work on a newly created Integrated Assessment Care Unit within an acute hospital site.

About the Role:

• You will assess and treat non-acute patients, as well as support physiotherapy support staff delivering exercise programmes prior to patient discharge.
• You will also be responsible for complex discharge planning and organizing group work.

Requirements:

• A Physiotherapy degree (BSc) or diploma
• HCPC Registration
• Proven experience relative to the role and experience in discharge planning
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience
• At least 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years
• Ability to pass an enhanced background check
