About the Job

Liverpool Football Club are recruiting for a Grounds Team Supervisor to join our Team at Melwood Training Ground. This is a key role in maintaining the highest standards of pitch quality and providing exceptional support to our coaching staff.

This is a full-time permanent position working 40 hours per week on a 5 from 7 days basis. As Grounds Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for mentoring and supervising members of the grounds team, deputising in the absence of Grounds Manager.

  • Supervise and manage colleagues and contractors to ensure effective completion of tasks.
  • Ensure safe use of chemical and fertiliser products in line with Club procedure and relevant Health & Safety law.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of Risk and Method Statements.
  • Manage staff rotas and contribute to performance reviews.

The salary for this role is approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a contributory pension scheme, 25 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays) and the option to purchase up to an additional 5 days. You will have access to our benefits kit bag and selection of benefit schemes.
