We have an excellent opportunity for a Consumer Experience Strategy & Planning Manager to join our team in Chiswick, London. This role is responsible for delivering marketing communication strategy and cycle plans in line with brand growth priorities across categories and end markets.

The successful candidate will lead campaign development for local needs not catered by Global CCGs, ensure key branded content delivery, and actively monitor campaign KPIs. They will also implement consumer insights to increase efficiency.

Key skills and qualifications include previous experience working with brands and CX EM experience in the FMCG industry. Strong project management skills, with multiple markets in scope, are essential. The ability to maintain focus on several projects at once and effective planning skills are also required.
