We are seeking a Teaching Support Staff member to join our team at a fantastic Primary and KS3 SEND School in Hodge Hill. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs.

The school offers a supportive and inclusive environment, where students can thrive and reach their full potential. Our school's unique approach focuses on developing people skills and providing guidance to help students overcome their challenges.

This role is expected to earn around £145 per day, depending on your qualifications and experience. As a Teaching Support Staff member, you will work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and provide individualised support to students.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. QTS
  2. Experience working with children and young people with additional needs, specifically ASD, SLD, challenging behaviour, SEMH
  3. Experience supporting children through therapeutic practices
