Job Description: Healthcare Education Programme Lead

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Education Programme Lead to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for patient advocates and navigators. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating engaging course outlines, curriculum, and assessments, as well as experience with learning management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create effective and well-designed training materials, including videos, presentations, and LMS content.
  • Communicate with leaders to update educational content and advise on course material creation.
  • Conduct needs analysis to ensure training meets company objectives.
  • Report and track training development activities and communicate objectives and progress to management.

Requirements:

  • Experience with learning management systems.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Motivation and passion for HHP's mission.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
