Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Psychology Graduate to join our team at RIBBONS AND REEVES as a SEN Teaching Assistant.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Psychology and a passion for working with children who require additional support.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide individualized support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) requirements.
  2. Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  3. Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment that promotes the social, emotional, and academic well-being of all students.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a 2:1 degree in Psychology from a Top 30 UK University.
  • Previous experience working with children with SEN or SEMH requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong commitment to providing high-quality support to students and contributing to a positive school culture.
