About the Senior Support Worker Position

At Priority Childcare, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced individual to fill our Senior Support Worker role. This position is located in Carmarthenshire and offers an excellent opportunity for those passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in support work and be willing to take on the responsibilities of shift leader, ensuring service standards are maintained. A driving license and QCF level 3 qualification or equivalent experience are essential requirements for this position.

About the Role:

  • Assist in maintaining high-quality services.
