We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Manager to join our team on major projects. The role involves ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards, managing the internal and supplier audit program, and delivering QA/QC oversight and assurance arrangements for projects and supply chain.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in quality management within the nuclear sector, with experience working on licensed sites and interpreting ISO and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, able to present clearly and professionally, and work effectively in and leading teams. They will also have a strong understanding of ONR site licence requirements, CDM regulations, and ISO 9001:2015.
Responsibilities- Ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Managing the internal and supplier audit program.
- Delivering QA/QC oversight and assurance arrangements for projects and supply chain.
- Promoting nuclear safety awareness throughout the project.
- Leading and participating in License Condition compliance audits.
- Undertaking corrective actions where required to maintain or improve compliance and best practice for the company.
