We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Shop Manager to join our team at Shurgard Wellingborough. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies and promotions.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing role, with a strong track record of sales achievement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Basic computer skills, with experience of using sales and customer relationship management software.
