Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify best-practice solutions and gather business requirements for new customer journey initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a BA, Product Analyst or similar roles, particularly within mobile apps or digital products.
  • Strong understanding and partial experience with agile frameworks.
  • Proven abilities to capture, document and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Organized: Manages multiple tasks and projects effectively in a busy environment.
  • Flexible: Adapts easily to changing priorities and environments.
