Product Development Chemist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Chemist to join our team at Science & Technology Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing pharmaceutical raw materials and finished products, delivering accurate results within an acceptable timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine and non-routine analyses, reviewing data for GMP compliance and handling OOS results.
  • Prepare reports and document data in accordance with client policies.
  • Measure productivity, approve test results, address customer queries, support audits, and perform QC testing.
  • Revised SOPs and ensure all documentation meets quality standards.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on analytical techniques and modern instruments.
Requirements:
  • BSc in Chemistry or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years' experience in pharmaceutical analysis within a development laboratory or equivalent setting.
  • Proficiency in analytical techniques and modern instruments (HPLC, Karl Fischer, Dissolution, UV spectroscopy) with skills in data interpretation and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in method development, validation, and familiarity with DryLab.
  • Strong knowledge of chromatographic techniques and GMP requirements.
