NDT Technician

Aerospace Component Inspection Role

HR GO PLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Level 2 NDT Technician to join our team, working on aviation parts across two aerospace component MRO sites in Harlow and Southend.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Nature of Work: Conduct daily NDT operations with high precision and accuracy, adhering to safety and quality standards.
2. Equipment Setup: Set up and verify NDT equipment for optimal functionality.
3. Inspection Quality: Perform NDT inspections on new and in-service components, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
4. Regulatory Adherence: Adhere strictly to all regulatory, customer, and company policies.
5. Safety Protocols: Prioritise the safety of products and personnel in every task.
6. Result Evaluation: Interpret inspection results to meet customer specifications and codes.
7. Innovative Techniques: Develop and document new inspection techniques tailored to customer needs.
8. Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of all inspections and related activities.
9. Training and Development: Train and guide Level 1 trainees, promoting a culture of professionalism.
10. Additional Duties: Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

1. Certified Technician: Level 2 MPI / LPT - EN4179 certification is required.
2. Knowledge of Regulations: Basic understanding of EASA, CAA, and FAA requirements is desirable.

This full-time position comes with a salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per year, based on experience. You must hold valid UK right to work. We strive to respond to all applications.
