Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team on a full-time contract. The successful candidate will have experience working in a hospital environment and be proficient in using MAXIMS and EPMA systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Patient-Centric Care: Offer expert advice to patients on medication management, potential side effects, and treatment options.
- Prescription Management: Prescribe and check prescriptions for errors, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Medication Safety: Participate in ward rounds to ensure safe and effective medication use, identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
