This role will work within the Non-Payroll function, focusing on the on-boarding and off-boarding of workers, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and legislation.

The ideal candidate will have solid administration experience, with the ability to multitask and manage a high workload. They should be proactive, able to prioritise tasks, and have excellent communication skills.

• Act as the first point of contact for non-payroll resourcing queries
• Manage requests via Service Now and central inboxes
• Ensure timely actioning of requests and escalation of issues
• Organise meetings and facilitate communication with suppliers
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on request status

The successful candidate will have:

• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive approach and ability to prioritise tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid administration experience, ideally in a compliance or HR environment
