We have an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled HR professional to join our prestigious client as an HR Case Manager in the Chester area. This role offers a great balance of office-based and flexible work arrangements.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR expert with a proven track record of managing complex HR cases, and a deep understanding of UK employment law and its implications for employers.

Job Details
  • Provide expert HR advisory services to managers across all levels, offering proactive support in case management and ensuring adherence to commercial constraints and legal frameworks.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to develop effective working relationships and provide support on complex people matters, including hearings and appeals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HR team by maintaining accurate records and driving cases to conclusion in a proactive manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency of approach and application of precedent.
  • Develop strong relationships with managers to coach them in people management skills, including communication, decision-making, fairness, and consistency.
Requirements
  • Diary management skills.
  • Compliance with HR policies and legislation.
  • Risk analysis and successful resolution of people issues.
  • A proven track record of managing complex HR cases.
  • Effective communication with people at all levels.
  • Experience in providing HR risk-based solutions to difficult issues.
  • Ability to work flexibly in an agile environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Estimated salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum.
