About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Development Engineer to join our team in Crossaig, Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a pivotal infrastructure development in the renewable energy industry.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will manage and oversee engineering tasks, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and other engineering teams to streamline project activities. Additionally, you will develop and implement detailed engineering plans, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee engineering tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  2. Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and other engineering teams to optimize project workflows.
  3. Develop and implement detailed engineering plans, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  4. Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that may arise.
  5. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
  6. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies on-site.
  7. Conduct regular site inspections and audits, maintaining high standards of quality control.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Section Engineer or in a similar role, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, engineering principles, and project management.
  • Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
  • A valid CSCS card and relevant health and safety certifications.
