Roofing Specialist

Job Title: Roofer

We are seeking an experienced roofer to join our team at Aspect Maintenance Services Limited, specializing in roofing and building fabric maintenance. This role is for a self-employed roofer, with a minimum of 40 hours available per week. A valid CSCS card is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and repair leaks in flat and pitched roofs
• Repair tiles, flashings, and flat roofs (felt, asphalt, lead)
• General and emergency roof repairs

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a roofer
• Hold a CSCS card
• Knowledge of related trades
• Provide high-quality service and be customer-focused
• Valid UK driving license

About the Role:

As a roofer, you will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, including investigating leaks, repairing tiles and flat roofs, and performing general and emergency roof repairs. You will work closely with customers to provide high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Working Arrangements:

You will be supported by a Technical Manager and provided with jobs close to your area. Some travel within the M25 may be required, and evening and weekend coverage is expected on a rotating basis.
