The Role

The position will primarily focus on business services, financial reporting, and high-level business advisory, with a modest allocation of audit work (approximately 5-10%). We are looking for an accomplished senior professional who can bring their expertise and passion for growth to this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Portfolio Management: Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing comprehensive business services and financial reporting.
  • Financial Management Strategies: Develop and implement financial management strategies that drive client success and contribute to the firm's growth.
  • Business Advisory: Offer high-level business advisory services, guiding clients in achieving their strategic objectives and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Audit Responsibilities: Supervise a small amount of audit work (approximately 5-10% of total responsibilities).
  • Leadership Collaboration: Collaborate with the leadership team to execute our five-year growth plan and enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and support junior staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: ICAS/ACCA or equivalent qualification.
