Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical diagnostic systems at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair medical diagnostic systems at customer sites
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
  • Conduct site visits to assess and repair equipment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a field service engineering role
  • Strong technical knowledge of medical diagnostic systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with medical diagnostic systems from a range of manufacturers
  • Knowledge of laboratory device, medical device, pharmaceutical device, and ex-forces engineering
  • Qualification in engineering, electronics, or a science-based subject
