Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Technical Sales Support Manager to join our team at ZinCo Green Roof Systems Ltd. in Witney. The successful candidate will provide technical support to the sales team, assist with client inquiries, prepare technical documentation, and coordinate deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the sales team, ensuring seamless communication with clients.
- Assist with client inquiries, addressing their technical needs and concerns.
- Prepare technical documentation, including product information and installation guides.
- Coordinate deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient logistics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product knowledge, and market trends.
Requirements
- Technical Sales, Customer Support, and Product Knowledge skills.
- Experience in preparing technical documentation and providing training.
- Project Management and Coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of green building technologies is a plus.
- Knowledge in logistics is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
