Job SummaryWe are seeking a Care Assistant Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing direct support, leisure activities, and daily living assistance to our service users.
Key Responsibilities- Providing one-to-one support to service users in residential settings or community access
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care and medication management
- Supporting service users with leisure activities and promoting social inclusion
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A caring and supportive attitude towards people with learning disabilities and autism
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
As a Care Assistant Specialist at Lifeways, you can expect:
