Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled Agile Project Coordinator to facilitate our successful execution of Agile methodologies within innovative product and project teams, ensuring efficient workflow and communication.

We're a dynamic team based between Leeds and Guildford, where technology innovators are given the chance to shine. Our software epitomizes bleeding-edge innovation, and we're seeking someone to take the reins on our current Scrum processes and improve them.

**Responsibilities**
- Organize daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and review meetings.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking, analyzing project data to identify trends and inefficiencies, recommending improvements, and implementing them.
- Proactively identify and address obstacles hindering team performance, working with relevant parties to find effective solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the Agile process within the organization, facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.

**Requirements**
- 1-2 years of experience in an Agile environment.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, principles, and practices.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of project management tools and software, specifically GitHub and Issue Tracking Software.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights for process improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

**What We Offer**
