Job Title: Civils Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Civils Site Supervisor to join our Power Utilities division. As a key member of the Power Major Projects Team, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of civils and cabling works on assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise civils, cabling, HDD, Scaffold, and Jointing teams to ensure works are delivered incident-free, in compliance with company policy and procedures, client specifications, and standards.
  • Develop and maintain client and supply chain partner relationships.
  • Ensure full compliance with current legislation and relevant specifications.
  • Promote and implement SHEQ policies and procedures.
  • Conduct weekly Safety and Quality audits and ensure corrective actions are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the management of recruitment, training, competence, and performance management of work teams.
  • Develop good working relationships with the Project Team, internal departments, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience within the Power/Utilities industry.
  • Experience of working on-site and in an office environment.
  • CITB or equivalent in site safety management (SSSTS).
  • BESC/PERSONS.
  • Competent in the use of MS Word, Excel, Project, and Office Outlook.
  • Fire Marshall.
  • Full Driving license.
