About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SIPS Designer to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering efficient technical drawings for our sustainable building projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working on projects of variable sizing and complexity
  • Producing detailed construction information suitable for workshop and site teams
  • Interpreting and producing technical drawings to maximise material efficiency and longevity
  • Liaising with clients, architects, and contractors
Requirements
  • Experience designing bespoke products and structures
  • Experience in design software such as Autodesk, Revit, and AutoCAD
  • Good understanding of UK building practices and build methods from foundations through to roof finishes
