About the Role:

The Head of Financial Planning and Analysis will be responsible for leading all aspects of the annual budget and medium-term planning process for the Group. This individual will work closely with senior management, including the Chief Financial Officer, to develop and run a high-quality Commercial Finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support monthly business review and forecasting
  • Develop and maintain close relationships across the business to ensure a collaborative approach to financial planning
  • Drive forward improvements both operationally and strategically

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant with experience working in an FP&A function in a hi-tech manufacturing business
  • Knowledge of supply chain and stock management is desirable
  • Previous experience managing a team is not essential, but excellent communication skills are required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing entrepreneurial culture
